What's New

This is our Family Research and Genealogy Website. Our goal is to put together our allied families and to help other relatives find the missing links. This will included the history for Michael Tim Fankhauser Welty and for Julie Colleen Schroeder. Our roots begin in Harvey County, Kansas and cover many locations both in the United States and other countries.

Our journey began in February 1980 at Walter and Elsie May Schroeder’s kitchen table over coffee. Tim and I were asking questions regarding the pioneer settlers of Harvey County and how we were related. My Grandmother being the family historian of her era told us about pictures, photo albums, trunks and reunion notes that she had treasured for years. We were asked if we wanted like to take home these treasures and so it all began. Tim’s history is also so very rich and takes him back to the American Revolution and the Civil War era.
